You can request an official transcript 24/7 through your 学生门户. Please check your unofficial transcript to make sure your coursework and grades have posted before ordering your official transcript.
You can request an electronic transcript or pay an additional fee for rush delivery of a paper transcript if you need expedited service. Please note, some limitations apply to rush deliveries. 了解更多关于 订购记录.
Your IRN or ‘Individual Record Number’ is your unique identification number. You can find it on the top right corner of your 学生门户 in the drop down under your name. If you need your IRN in order to create a 学生门户 登录, please email alumni@he-zu.net 所有这四个项目:

- 你的出生日期
- The last four (4) digits of your social security number
You can request an alumni confirmation letter by calling the Office of Admissions and Records 支持 Center at (602)-557-4600. This letter states you graduated with degree type, date and that you are a part of the alumni association.
All updates to your contact information can be made on your 毕业生档案 在学生门户网站.
