His team defines student learning outcomes that align with employer expectations 和 with the skills students need to improve their performance in today's competitive economy.

Dr. Woods leads assessment of student learning, instructional innovation, 教师参与, 学生体验, accreditation 和 institutional reporting. Dr. Woods has served as a trustee of the Worthington 教育al Foundation, a peer evaluator for the Higher Learning Commission 和 board member with Kivuto, an educational technology company that simplifies how schools manage 和 distribute digital student resources. He is also author of a chapter in “Doing More With Less: Making Colleges 工作 Better.”

Dr. Woods earned a PhD in Higher 教育 Administration from Bowling Green State University, where the focus of his research was adult learning, training 和 development, as well as academic honesty policies 和 procedures. He also has a Master of Arts 和 Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University.
